  • What Is Soft Play?
    Soft play are padded structures such as ball pits, slides, and more, creating a safe and fun environment for kids to climb, explore, and play.
  • Can Soft Play Be Used Indoors & Outdoors?
    Yes, our soft play services are versatile and can be set up both indoors and outdoors for various events and occasions
  • What Is The Window Time For Setting Up And Taking Down The Equipment?
    Our skilled team ensures a seamless setup and takedown process. The standard window for setup is approximately 1-3 hours before the event, and takedown occurs promptly at the end of the reserved booked hours. Specific times are coordinated during the booking process.
  • How Do You Ensure The Cleanliness Of Your Equipment?
    At Bubbles Playland, hygiene is a top priority. Our equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each use using industry-standard cleaning agents to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for every child.
  • What Are The Rules For Using The Soft Play Equipment?
    Wear socks at all times for cleanliness. Climbing is allowed on designated structures, not on walls or outside designated areas. No shoes, food, or drinks are allowed in the play area. Adults supervision required (you can reserve a playland attendant for an additional fee) Personal toys, face paint, glitter, and sharp objects are not permitted for safety and cleanliness. High-heeled shoes are not allowed to prevent injuries. NO SHOES ALLOWED.

  • Are Delivery & Pickup Fees Included In The Service Cost?
    Our setup and takedown are included, but delivery and pickup fees apply depending on the location of your event. We provide transparent pricing details during the booking process.
  • How Much Is The Deposit And What Does It Cover?
    The deposit fee is $125 and serves a dual purpose as a damage fee hold. It ensures the protection of our equipment during your event and will be refunded after equipment is picked up and inspected. Importantly, the deposit does not count toward the total fee.
  • Can The Deposit Be Used Towards The Total Fee?
    No, the deposit does not contribute to the total fee. It is specifically held to cover potential damages and ensure the longevity of our equipment. But the deposit is refunded after equipment is picked up and inspected.
  • When Is The Total Fee Due For My Reservation?
    The total fee must be paid in full 48 hours before the scheduled event date. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Is The Deposit Refundable?
    The deposit is refundable if the reservation is canceled within the specified cancellation period and the terms outlined in our booking agreement are met.
